Age 86, of Scott Twp., on Saturday, October 17, 2020. Beloved husband of Virginia (Marion); dear father of Dale (Ed) Seth and Dana (Al) Dragotto; loving grandfather of Billy and Matt Seth, Lindsay (Adam) Delconte, Jackie Schwartzmiller and Matt Dragotto; great-grandfather of Ellie and Lia Delconte and Poppy Robinson; brother of Patricia (late Joe) Davidson and the late Joe (surviving wife, Marilyn) Gargiulo and Barbara (Jack) Salpeck. Bill had a long and successful career in the Insurance business. He was affectionately known to his family as "Wimp". He was a kind, caring gentlemen and never met anyone who didn't like him.
