Age 89 of Collier Twp., passed away on Thursday, April 13, 2023. Beloved Husband of 60 years to Joanne (Bodnar) Kalyn. Loving Brother of Logan (the late Eileen) Kalyn and the late Anne (Michael) Fisher and Stephen (Doris) Kalyn. Also survived by Nieces, Nephews, Great and Great Great Nieces and Nephews. Walter was a Pharmacist for over 60 years. Family and friends welcome Monday 2-4 & 6-8 pm with a Panachyda service at 7:00 pm WILLIAM SLATER II FUNERAL SERVICE (412-563-2800) 1650 Greentree Rd. Scott Twp. 15220. Funeral Service will be held on Tuesday at 11:00 am in Holy Trinity Ukrainian Catholic Church, 730 Washington Pike, Carnegie, PA 15106. Burial to follow with Military Honors at the National Cemetery of the Alleghenies 1:00 pm. In Lieu of flowers, memorials may be made to a charity of one’s choosing.
