Virginia Lee Thomas

Virginia Lee (McMullen) Thomas, age 94, of Mount Lebanon, passed away peacefully on Wednesday, March 15 at Manor Care Greentree.
Daughter of William McMullen and Kathryn B. Geyer. Preceded in death by her husband, Anthony George Thomas in 1987; survived by sons Jeffrey G. (Laura) Thomas, Anthony W. (Kathleen) Thomas and daughter Robin Lee (Gordon) Sparks; granddaughters Libbie (Brian) Johsz, Katie (Per) Ostman, and Krista (Steven) Beth; great grandchildren Stephen and Anna Johsz, Jaden, Jacob and Jaxon Beth, and many greatly beloved cousins. Virginia and her mother Kathryn (Cuddy) owned the "Law & Finance Bar & Grill" on Fourth Street in downtown Pittsburgh for 30 years and were well - known fixtures of downtown life from about 1936 -1966. In later years,she embarked on a long career specializing in residential real estate in the South Hills.
