Viola (Johnston) McCalmont

Age 97, of Green Tree, died Monday, April 3, 2017 at her home in Marion Manor. Vi is survived by her children: Diane (George) Weston, Judy (John) Gardner, Jim McCalmont, John (Ingrid) McCalmont, Lois (Tom) Haney and Anne (Rich) DuCarme; Her grandchildren: George V Weston III (Laura), Karen (Rod) Vollan, Kimberly and Michelle McCalmont, Luke, Emily, and Keith Haney, Ben and Kate DuCarme and great-grandchild: George V Weston IV. She also leaves behind her two sisters: Sr. Lois Johnston and Kathleen Johnston and numerous cousins, nieces, and nephews. Viola is preceded in death by her husband John R. McCalmont, her sister Alice Wagener, brothers Howard and Ralph Johnston and her grandson, Jeffrey Weston. The family would like to thank the staff of Marian Manor for the extraordinary love and compassionate care our mother received over the past six years.
