his friend of over 50 years, David Gibson, Vic served the city of Pittsburgh for 28 years as a police officer and continued his service with the craft of plastering for the Housing Authority until retirement. He was an active member of the F.O.P. Lodge #1, the American Legion Post 710 and the Franklin/St. John's,' Trinity Masonic lodge 221. In 1979, he was one of the founding members of the P.I.N.
