Christopher and Brooke Rosalie Wallace. Preceded in death by his wife of 41 years, Roseann Balchon Wallace; his parents, Elizabeth (Molyneaux)
and Patrick J, Wallace, Sr.: his brother, Patrick J, Wallace; and his brother-in-law, Edmund Downey, Survived by his two sisters, Mary "Sissy Downey
and Margaret "Honey" (John) Coyne; and his sister-in-law, Marilyn Wallace, In addition to his children and grandchildren, he had great love and pride for
his nieces, Kathleen Downey and Jennifer Wallace; and his nephews, Brian and Kevin Downey and John and Gerald Coyne, He is also survived by
his friend of over 50 years, David Gibson, Vic served the city of Pittsburgh for 28 years as a police officer and continued his service with the craft of plastering for the Housing Authority until retirement. He was an active member of the F.O.P. Lodge #1, the American Legion Post 710 and the Franklin/St. John's,' Trinity Masonic lodge 221. In 1979, he was one of the founding members of the P.I.N.
