Toni DiGiorno

Age 80, of Scott Township, passed away peacefully on Saturday, February 15, 2025, at her daughter's home in Rumson, NJ, after enjoying one last beautiful sunrise. Born on June 20, 1944, in Pittsburgh, she was the daughter of the late Samuel and Jean (Velluci) DiGiorno.

Toni was the loving mother of Jeanniey Walden (Vince); cherished Nana of Giovanna Mullen and Kristina Mullen; proud step-grandmother of Connor Walden (Emily), Hannah Walden, and Hope Walden; dear sister of Marie Cirelli, Norma Shalen, and Joan Cucinelli; and devoted life partner of Jerry Bayley.

Toni welcomed everyone she met as family. She loved life and was fortunate to experience many adventures over her 80 years, including her time as the administrator of the Peace Corps in Malaysia. She later served as the Assistant Administrator of the Mathematics Department at the University of Pittsburgh, volunteered as the art teacher at St. Simon and Jude Elementary School, and worked in the bakery department at both Kuhn's and Giant Eagle.

Nothing could hold Toni down. Her kindness, resilience, and joyful spirit inspired everyone around her and left a lasting impact on the many lives she touched.
