Thomas M. Leonard, Jr.

Age 85, formerly of Upper St. Clair, passed away peacefully on Monday, October 2, 2023.  He was the loving and devoted husband of 65 years to Nancy Lee Leonard (Riley); father of Thomas Leonard (Debbie), Lee Ann Woltz (Dave), and Susan Crane (Jeff); grandfather of Lindsey Maser (Loren), Caitlin Leonard, David Woltz, Matthew Woltz (Courtney), Michael Woltz (Shannon), Connor Crane (Priya), Riley Crane, and Sarah Crane; great-grandfather of 6; brother of David Leonard and Mary Beth Douglass.  Thomas was preceded in death by his parents, Mary and Thomas Leonard, Sr. and is also survived by many nieces and nephews. 

He worked for many years as a traffic engineer at U.S. Steel/Aristech Chemical Division. 

All are welcome to attend his Mass of Christian Burial on Friday, October 6, 2023 at 11 AM in St. Louise de Marillac Church, St. Catherine Laboure Parish, 320 McMurray Road, Pittsburgh, PA 15241. Interment private. 

The family kindly requests no flowers and that memorial contributions may be made to Paramount Hospice and Palliative Care, 3025 Washington Road, McMurrary, PA 15317. Arrangements entrusted to Freyvogel-Slater Funeral Directors, Bethel Park, 412-835-1860.
