Susan Smith Crisafi

Age 78, of Pittsburgh, on Saturday, January 5, 2019. Beloved wife of the late Joseph Anthony Crisafi; daughter of the late James F. and Susie H. (Houske) Smith; dear mother of Stanley Zavatski and Stephen (Amber) Zavatski; sister of Sister Priscilla Smith R.S.M. ; grandmother of Katie Richardson, Rebecca Zavatski, Stephen Zavatski, Sarah Zavatski, Stanley Zavatski; 5 great grandchildren. Susan was a member of St Anne's Church, Castle Shannon, and was a caregiver having served her patients through Home Instead. The family wishes to thank Family Hospice and Marian Manor for the care shown to Susan.
