Formerly of Kennedy Twp., beloved husband of 67 years of Constance Nowak passed away on Tuesday, January 15, 2019 age 91. Loving father of Elaine (John) Claire, Joyce, Marty (Bonnie), Steve (Anita) and Barb (Alex); proud grandfather to several grandchildren and great-grandchildren; brother of Hermina Zaharko, Loretta Calorie. Predeceased by one sister and five brothers. Brother-in-law of Lorraine Nowak. Stan enjoyed spending time wth his family and friends. His favorite pastimes were golfing, horseshoes and bowling. He was a member of St. Richards Parish in Richland. He was an Army veteran of WWII Peace Keeping Forces. Family and friends welcome Wednesday 4-8 p.m., WILLIAM SLATER II FUNERAL SERVICE, (412-563-2800) 1650 Greentree Road, Scott Twp., 15220 Funeral Mass in St. Margaret of Scotland Church, Green Tree Thursday, 10 a.m. Entombment to follow in Resurrection Cemetery. Memorials may be made to Hope Grows, 183 Shafer Road, Moon Twp., PA 15108.
