Sherry P. Smith

Age 67, of Imperial, on Saturday, September 21, 2013. Beloved wife of the late Richard L. Sr. (Dick); loving mother of Julie Smith and Richard L. Smith Jr.; loving step-mother of Erin Price (Tim) and Leslie Houseman; step-grandmother of Tess Price and John Houseman III; beloved sister of John Pearce Jr. (Ruby) and Patricia Madeja (Bob). Also survived by nieces and nephews. Sherry was a 1963 graduate of South Hills High School, and an avid reader and gardener. She was most happy spending time with her family. Her generous heart and warm personality will be missed by all. Friends welcome Tuesday 6-8 p.m., Wednesday 9 a.m.-12 noon at WILLIAM SLATER II FUNERAL SERVICE, (412-563-2800) 1650 Greentree Rd., Scott Twp., where a funeral service will be held Wednesday 12 noon. Interment in the National Cemetery of the Alleghenies at 1 p.m. Memorials may be made to a charity of one's choice .
