Age 55, died Friday, May 29, 2015. She leaves behind her husband, Scott McClain; and daughters, Abigail and Amanda McClain of Carnegie, PA. She was preceded in death by her father, Donald Woodland. She is survived by her mother, Elizabeth Crowley Woodland; mother-in-law, Carol McClain of Stoneboro, John and Laura McClain of Erie, Steve McClain of Oakmont, Winnie Woodland of Carnegie, Mr. and Mrs. Bernard and Victoria Woodland of Cary, North Carolina, Teresa Woodland of Beijing, China, and Genevieve Frances Woodland of Cleveland, Ohio; she was the proud aunt of Vaughn, Quinlan, Nadya, Sophia, Kaili and Kiashang. Shelia was employed by PNC Bank in Pittsburgh as a business analyst, previously at Highmark and Allegheny Energy in Greensburg. She graduated from Baldwin High School in 1978, received a Bachelor's degree from University of Pittsburgh and a Masters degree from Robert Morris University. She met Scott in Beachwood, Ohio at Credit General Insurance Company and married in 2000. Her passion in life was China. She wrote her first paper about the country when she was 12, taught English in China for a year and hosted many Chinese students for holidays at her home. Shelia and Scott's greatest joy was adopting beautiful Chinese twins, Abigail and Amanda, in 2003. The family attends Hillside Christian Community Church in Carnegie.
