Age 94, of Mt. Washington, on Saturday, December 15, 2012. Husband of the late Helen J. Calo; beloved father of Salvatore D. (Joann) Calo of Finleyville and Anthony C. Calo of Mt. Lebanon; loving grandfather of Sal (Theresa) and Vincent Calo, Catherine (Max) Ringer, and Jessica (Jack) Alston; cherished great-grandfather of Zachary and Veronica Calo, Dane Calo, Aiden and Ronan Donnelly, Elizabeth Alston, and Logan Ringer; loving great-great-grandfather of Luca Calo; beloved brother of Lena Sonetti, Joanna Dominic, Delores Fucile, and the late Samuel, Anthony, and Vincent Calo. Sal enjoyed coin collecting, playing cards, and all Pittsburgh sports. Friends welcome Tuesday and Wednesday 2-4 and 6-8 p.m. at WM. SLATER & SONS, INC., Virginia Ave. and Kearsarge St., Mt.
