At the home which she loved, age 85, on Wednesday, July 18, 2018. Beloved wife of the late Thomas Rutkauskas. Daughter of the late Otto and Margaret Velan. Most beloved and cherished mother of Margaret "Peggy" Rutkauskas. Sister of Gayle Dietrich. Loving Aunt of David, Mary Jo and Brooke Dietrich and the late Hannah Dietrich. Loving sister-in-law of Linda Mancini. Ruth was the kindest and most endearing soul who truly cared about everyone. She loved gardening and planting flowers around her home. She loved to sew, cook, and take care of her home and family. She will be greatly missed by so many.
