Age 94, of Brookline, peacefully at home surrounded by his children and grandchildren on March 17, 2022.
Beloved son of the very late Salvatore and Carmela Miceli (Mitchell).
Beloved husband of the late Dolores (Lauletta) Mitchell; and loving father of the late Pasqualena (Patty) Mitchell.
Survived by his children; Carmella Markovich, Salvatore (Valerie) Mitchell, Michele Bucher and Roschele (Jerry) Kunig.
Also survived by his grandchildren, Nicolle (Matt) Grillo; Christopher Warman, Danielle (Chris) Bucci & Ross (Courtney) Mitchell; Mariah Bucher; and Zachary (Lauren) Kunig & Makenzie Kunig and two great-grandchildren Briele Kunig and Luca Bucci.
Brother of Philip (Peggy) Mitchell, Nino (Theresa) Mitchell, and the late Annie Fazio, Johanna Encrapera, Louise Dedes, Frances Mineo, Rose Marie Viola and Salvatore Mitchell. Dear friend of Shirley Lapcevic.

An electrician by trade, Ross worked at Allis-Chalmers for 31 years until they closed the factory and moved to Mexico in 1975. He was employed by the City of Pittsburgh Traffic Control Division until he retired in 1989. He was very proud of his Italian Heritage and celebrated it and was proud of his service in the U.S. Army. Ross loved to travel and enjoyed music and dancing. But he especially loved his family and in return was loved by all who knew him.
