Age 81, of Beechview, formerly of Hays. On Monday, January 28, 2019. Daughter of the late Angelo and Nicoleta Bracco (Martella); loving mother of Joanne R. Bikulege, Joseph S. Bikulege, and Judith M. Bikulege Surovec (David); sister of Elizabeth Turner (Tom), and the late Michael Bracco (Dorothy); survived by many nieces and nephews and special friends. Rose was active in the ISDA for many years. She was a passionate and dedicated volunteer at the annual Kennywood event for children and young adults with special needs. Rose was an excellent baker and enjoyed cooking for everyone. She would turn a trip to the grocery store into a social event and delighted all of whom she chatted with. Rose had a strong faith, an acute memory, and a generous heart. She was a huge Pittsburgh Penguins and Steelers fan and enjoyed listening to opera music. Rose will be truly missed and remembered as a special spirit that delighted everyone she met.
