Robert J. Williams

Age 82, of Scott Twp., died of heart disease on Thursday, October 14, 2021. Beloved husband of Roberta (Miller) Williams of 55 years. Loving and proud father the late Robert Jr., and Brian (Surviving wife, Pan) Williams. Cherished grandfather of Ashley, Jamie, Justin, and Amanda. Brother of the late Russell and Katherine Pennington. Loving uncle to Janice (John) Crawford and Mary Jane Macieski. He felt privileged to have son-like friends, George Johnson, Mario Scuilli, and Steve Yurocko. Also preceded in death by his parents, Francis and Catherine (Lang) Williams. Bob worked as a mechanical draftsman for several engineering companies in computer aided design involving steel mill projects. From childhood to adult Bob's hobby was HO model railroading. He volunteered 15 + years at the Carnegie Science Center each Tuesday at their model train display and was a member of the train club in the School House in Hickory, PA. He also loved summers at the Scott Twp. pool spent with pool friends. A special thank you to Dr. Salman and the entire staff of the cardiac surgical unit at St. Clair Hospital who cared for and loved him during his last days on earth.
