Robert MacLachlan, M.D., retired psychiatrist, age 71, of Upper St. Clair, passed away on Monday, March 24, 2025. He was the beloved husband of Nancy MacLachlan and loving father to his two daughters, Sarah and Melody MacLachlan. Robert was actively involved in environmental projects and was a car enthusiast. In the past, he was a proud Upper St. Clair Marching Band parent, and he played trumpet with Community Band South.
