68, of Bethel Park, on Monday, October 14, 2013. Beloved husband of the late Linda Hazel Kubiak; son of the late Charles C. & Alice Kubiak.Loving father of Traci (Frank) Thomas and Deane Siegrist. Brother of Patricia Goodrich, George Kubiak, Richard Kubiak and Carl Kubiak. Dear grandfather of Alayna, Allison, Annabel and Ian Thomas, Jenna and Justin Siegrist. Mr. Kubiak was a loving father, grandfather and friend and was affectionately known as "Pappy" to many who new and loved him.
