Age 50, passed away the early morning of July 27, 2018. Scott was born in Pittsburgh March 28, 1968. Scotty remained comfortable and surrounded with those who loved him. He was a beloved husband to Lisa, father to Anthony and Ashton, and loved one to all of his family, and dear friend to every member of our community. Scott graduated from Shaler High School in 1986 and Robert Morris University with a Bachelor's of Science Degree. He worked for many years for Allegheny County Municipal Courts as a Minute Clerk and also as a Buyer at Kvaerner Metals. He was an accomplished skier and hockey player and represented the United States in an International Hockey Showcase in Finland for the Pittsburgh Stars amateur hockey team. He was also an avid sports fan to all Pittsburgh teams. Scott is survived by his loving wife of 20 years, Lisa (Woods) Franks, loving father of Anthony Franks and Ashton Franks.
