Age 62, of Mt. Lebanon, on Thursday, June 16, 2016. Beloved husband of Sharon (Kuznik) Arffa, Ph.D.; dear father of Rachel (Matthew Yang) Arffa, M.D., Lauren Arffa, Matthew (Valdone) Arffa; loving son of Shirley (Levinson) and the late Stanley Arffa; brother of Allan (Kay) Arffa, Bonnie (Tim) Perman; uncle of Kathryn Arffa, Kathleen Kuznik, Leslie Arffa, Travis Arffa and Natalie Perman. Dr. Arffa was a respected world class ophthalmologist, medical director of The Eye Bank and the Laser Center (TLC), recipient of Best Doctors of America for many years, and an author of four books.
