Rita passed away peacefully at her home. She was preceded in death by her husband, Daniel Leo Haggerty, Sr., her parents, Walter and Elizabeth Mutschler, her sisters, Margaret, Betty Jane, and her brothers, Butch and Ronny. She is survived by her loving son, Dan Haggerty Jr. (Joann) and her daughter, Kathleen Haggerty. Her grandchildren, Michael, Gesina and Hanna. Her sister Charlotte (John) Weber, brother-in-laws, John Weber, Jack Haggerty, Steve Rowley and numerous nieces and nephews.
Family and friends are welcome 4-8 PM, Monday, August 4, 2025, WILLIAM SLATER II FUNERAL SERVICE, 1650 Greentree Rd., Scott Twp., 15220, (412-563-2800). Blessing Service 10:30 AM Tuesday, August 5, 2025, in the Funeral Home. Interment in Calvary Cemetery.
