Age 74, a longtime resident of the South Side passed away on Sunday, September 5, 2021. Beloved brother of Arlene Thomas, Donald Raskauskas, Joseph Raskauskas and the late Barbara Ferguson and Shirley Cirigliano. Proud uncle of Robert Thomas and the late Sherri Thomas. Also survived by nieces, nephews, great-nieces and great-nephews. Richard proudly served in the US Army. Family and friends welcome Saturday, 2 p.m. until time of service at 6 p.m. WM.
