(Olga) Manning, President Judge of the Court of Common Pleas and Susan (Tom) Biehl; brother of Patsy Manning Arthur; grandfather of Richard L. (Sarah) Manning, Dr. Astrid Manning, Barrett Biehl, Stephanie Crider, Cassandra Biehl, Alexandra Biehl and the late Victoria Biehl; great-grandfather of James and Madeline Manning, Ruby and Emme Crider.
