Richard F. Fersch

Of Oakland, suddenly on Tuesday, October 15, 2013. Beloved husband for 43 years of Valerie (Pollice) Fersch; proud and loving father of Dawn (Geoff) Burns, Brenda (Frank) Renner, Richard J. (Kristi) Fersch, and Jill (Thomas) Brose; beloved grandfather of Frank Evan, Savannah, Olivia, and Charlotte; son-in-law of Audrey Pollice and the late Peter J. Pollice; brother-in-law of Patricia West, Peter G. (Laura) Pollice, Eric Pollice, Craig (Gina) Pollice; loving uncle to numerous nieces and nephews. He was a dedicated sergeant with the Sheriff's office of Allegheny County for 41 years. He will be deeply missed by his family, his many colleagues, and dear friends.
