Raymond E. Samstag, age 91, a lifelong resident of Mount Washington, passed on Monday, July 22, 2024. Beloved husband of 40 years to Audrey ( Brink) Samstag. Loving father of Raymond “Skip” (Cheryl) Samstag, Steve (Marcy) Samstag, Chuck (Barb) Samstag, Tom (Diane) Samstag, Mary Beth (Brian) Kern. Step-Father of Audrey (the late Pat) Quinn, Barbara Hoffman, Bill Hoffman, Cindy Hoffman and Danny Hoffman. Beloved son of the late Albert and Dorothy (Mullen) Samstag. Loving brother of the late Eddie (Lucy) Samstag. Also survived by many grandchildren, great grandchildren, nieces and nephews. Ray was a proud U S Army veteran. He painted many houses in Mount Washington and throughout the South Hills. He loved gardening and was an avid Duckpin bowler. Family and friends welcome Thursday 3-8 pm WM. SLATER & SONS INC.
