Raymond Priest

Passed away November 17, 2017, at the age of 93. Ray was born in Dearborn, MI, on April 19, 1924, and raised in St. Louis, MO. Ray spent 31 years in the US Air Force, enlisting for WWII and through Korea and Viet Nam. Captain Priest married Marine Lt. Antoinette Willard, in 1956 in Tampa, FL. Ray retired from the USAF in 1974, and sold life insurance until he was 78. They lived in Louisiana, Germany, and Pittsburgh, in 1993. Ray was a master life bridge player. He volunteered for the Lion's Club, school board, Salvation Army, VITA, and the Pittsburgh Food Bank. Ray's wife, Toni Priest, died on October 25, 2012. He is survived by four children, Elizabeth Stork, of Pittsburgh, PA, Catherine DeYound of Jupiter, FL, Christopher Priest, of Alexandria, LA, and Teresa Lee, of Kinigwood, TX. He is also survived by ten grandchildren and seven great-grandchildren.
