Ralph R. Zeto

Age 76, of Scott Township, on January 27, 2021, passed peacefully surrounded by the love of his family. Beloved husband of 53 years of Angelina (LaMantia) Zeto; loving father of Dr. Shawn Zeto (Lori), Shannon, and Stacey. Son of the late Joseph Zeto and Florence (Barclay) Zeto; brother of the late Rosemarie Lehmen and Joseph Zeto, Jr. Grandfather to Dominic Zeto with many nieces and nephews. Ralph was in the first graduating class at Canevin High School in 1963. He went on and graduated from Martin Anthony Beauty School then got his teacher's license at Pittsburgh Beauty Academy. He also worked as a proctor for State Boards. His love for hair showed as he worked for many major salons over the years. Ralph was a great dancer, he was on a weekly TV show called Clark Race. His love for dancing is how he met the love of his life of 53 years. Ralph was very involved in his church. He ran the festival at S.S.J. from 1986 to the mid 90's. He was an Usher, Eucharist Minister and on parish council. His love for God and faith was well known. He was someone who always had a positive attitude, even when faced with the worst diagnosis. He never gave up because he had such a strong will to live. His strong faith and wonderful sense of humor brought him through many tough times. Giving up was never in his vocabulary. The family would like to give a heartfelt thank you to all the caregivers while at St. John's Specialty Care in Mars, PA, where he received such loving care. We are forever grateful for the wonderful care he received throughout the years at Passavant, Presby, Select, AGH and Magee. Thank you to all the doctors and nurses. He loved his family very much.
