Ralph R. Mamay

Ralph R. Mamay, fell asleep in the Lord on January 9, 2019, at the Masonic Village, his home for many years. He was the husband of the late Anne (Fitzurka) Mamay; and the son of the late Michael and Anna Mamay. Ralph was a member of the Masonic Lodge 573, Syria Shrine, Scottish Rite, and a 32nd degree Mason. A proud veteran of the United States Army having served in the European Theatre during World War II. He retired from Mellon Bank in 1979. He is survived by nieces, grandnieces and grandnephews, and dear friends Mari Hertzberg, Christine Vallombroso and many others. Visitation will be Sunday, January 13, 2019 from 5-7p.m. in St. Mary's Orthodox Church, 105 S. 19th Street, Pgh, PA, 15203. Parastas at 7:00p.m. Funeral Service will be 10:00a.m. Monday, January 14, 2019, at the church. Entombment will be in Mt. Lebanon Cemetery Mausoleum. In lieu of flowers the family requests contributions to St. Mary's Orthodox Church.
