Ralph E. Dugan

Age 76, of Mt. Washington, passed away on Monday, April 13, 2026. Son of the late Laurence and Helen (Merkel) Dugan. Beloved husband of the late Donna M. (Staab) Dugan. Dear father of Rachel (Michael) Sams and Rebecca (Brett) Schock. Loving Pap of Madelyn, Lauren, and Carson. Brother of Mary Beth (late Ed) Blackwood and Michele (James) Kraus. Also survived by many nieces and nephews. Ralph was an Air Force Veteran of the Vietnam War. He worked for over 40 years as a high voltage lineman, retiring from Duquesne Light Company. Ralph was devoted to the card games at Maennerchor Club in Mt. Washington. He will be Champ of the World forever.
