Age 73, of Pittsburgh, peacefully on Wednesday, January 31, 2024. Beloved wife for 48 years of Bruce Shirey. Daughter of the late Joseph & Dorothy Kowalewski. Dear sister of David (Nancy) Kowalewski. Phyllis retired after 31 years from Verizon. She was very active in local area Pittsburgh Senior Citizen Centers.
