Phoebie J. (Ramsey) Fingers-Brent

Age 80 of Green Tree, on Thursday, June 29, 2023. Preceded in death by her parents, Albin and Phoebie Ramsey. Beloved wife of the late Richard Brent and Kenneth Fingers. Dear mother of Michele (Shawn Bengtson) Reynolds, Tim (Kim) Fingers, and Ron (Krysten) Fingers. Loving grandmother of Dale (Carina) Ordean, Nolan (Amanda), Ryan, Maddox, Jake and Brody Fingers. Special GiGi to Cole, Leah, and Clay.  Sister of Ben (Lib) Ramsey and the late Darlene (surviving Bill) Kunkle. Also, many nieces and nephews.  Phoebie was a nurse for Kane Scott Regional Hospital and retired from Highmark, Blue Cross Blue Shield as manager of the special investigation unit. Phoebie was a very happy, kind, energetic person who volunteered with many Highmark activities. She loved animals and spending time with her family and friends. All welcome Wednesday, 1-3 and 6-8 p.m. and Thursday, 10 a.m. -12:00, WILLIAM SLATER II FUNERAL SERVICE, 1650 Greentree Rd., Scott Twp., 15220 (412-563-2800) where a Blessing Service will be held Thursday at 12:00 noon. In lieu of flowers, memorial donations may be sent to Animal Friends, 562 Camp Horne Rd., Pgh., PA 15237.
