89, of Carnegie Park, suddenly and peacefully, on Wednesday, March 11, 2015. Husband of Helen Zorn and the late Dorothy Collinger Zorn. Son of the late Philip J. & Margaret Hammel Zorn. Father of Dorothy Zorn (James, Jr.) Joyce. Brother of the late Louis E. Zorn. Grandfather of James E. Joyce III and Colleen Joyce (Tim) Murray. Great grandfather of Nicholas, Zachary and Madalena Joyce, Emily and Dylan Murray. Great great grandfather of Neal Joyce. In addition to a 30 year career at Bethlehem Steel in the fabrication division, Mr. Zorn managed operations at Rochez Brothers Steel and Union Switch and Signal and most recently retired as Vice President of Operations at Kasgro Specialty Rail Car Solutions in New Castle, PA, at age 82. Sergeant Zorn proudly and honorably served in the U.S. Army during World War II. He served in Normandy, N. France, Rhineland, Ardennes, Central Europe and the Battle of the Bulge. He was awarded the Good Conduct Medal, American Theater Service Medal and European African Middle Eastern Service Medal with five Bronze Stars.
