Peter Raymond "Uncle Ray" Joyce

84, of Bethel Park, on Tuesday, June 3, 2014. Ray was born Feb. 20, 1930 in Pittsburgh, PA, the son of the late John and Mary (McGrainer) Joyce. He graduated in 1948 from South Hills High School. During his lifetime, he was a salesperson for Hobler Chevrolet, Carrick Real Estate Company and Doorman for the Duquesne Club. He has a passion for meeting and talking to people from all walks of life, loved sharing old stories, singing old tunes, his family, and of course playing poker with friends. He was Santa Claus for three generations of nieces and nephews, and never forgot a family birth date. Ray loved people and people loved our "Uncle Ray".

Ray is survived by his dear wife Margaret (Maggie Parker Joyce), brother Tom (Mary), step daughter Christine, nieces and nephews Gail, James, Joyce, Bobby, Edward (Bus). 15 great nieces and nephews, and 19 great great nieces and nephews.
