Patrick J. "Paddy" Joyce

Age 87, of Pittsburgh, surrounded by his family passed away on Monday, September 27, 2021. Beloved husband of 57 years to Mary C. (Borella) Joyce. Loving father of Carolyn (Richard) Kennedy of Dublin, OH and Stephen P. Joyce of Pittsburgh, Cherished Pap Pap of Molly Catherine and Patrick Richard Kennedy. Beloved son of the late Patrick and Catherine (Conroy) Joyce. Beloved brother of Walter (the late Joanne) Joyce of Indianapolis, IN, Thomas (Rose Marie) Joyce of Whittier, CA and the late Joseph Joyce, Mary Ellen Elsesser, James "Shamus" Joyce and John Michael Joyce. Also survived by numerous nieces and nephews. Patrick was a proud 1952 graduate of Central Catholic HS and proudly served in the US Army. He was an avid sports fan of all Pittsburgh teams but his favorite team is the Notre Dame Fighting Irish Football Team. Patrick was a longtime member of St. Elizabeth Ann Seton Church in Carnegie, a devout Catholic who attended daily Mass.
