Patrick Joseph Hagerty

Patrick Joseph Hagerty, 71, of Baltimore, died peacefully on November 1st, 2018. Beloved husband of 51 years to Rose Ann (DiSalvo) Hagerty. Devoted father of Lisa Hagerty, Jennifer Hagerty Lingler (Conan), and Alexis Hagerty. Grandfather of Shay Hagerty, Gemma Lingler, Malena Lingler, and Siena Lingler. Brother of Jean Novak, James W. (Irene) Hagerty, Maureen (Robert) Harding, Michael (Rita) Hagerty, Kathleen (Gerard) Secilia, and Terrence (Michele) Hagerty. Preceded in death by parents, James F. and Elizabeth (Riddle) Hagerty, brother William, brother-in-law Buck, and sister-in-law Joann. Born in Pittsburgh on November 14, 1946, Pat attended South Side High School and earned a B.A. from the University of Pittsburgh. He proudly served in the U.S. Marine Corps, 1964-1968. He spent most of his career as a computer programmer at Westinghouse and Mellon Bank in Pittsburgh before moving into project management roles in South Bend, IN, and later in Washington, DC.
