Pat Mead, 81, of South Fayette, formerly of Brookline, died peacefully at Marian Manor on July 26th. Born to the late Charles & Rita Shuminsky. Beloved wife of the late Hartley Mead; loving mother of Dale (Denise), David (Michele), Daniel (Lisa), and Diane. Beloved grandmother of David, Eric, Jonathan, Daniel Jr., Rita, and Caroline. Pat fulfilled a dream in her 50s by becoming a real estate agent. She rose to become a multi-year, multi-million dollar producer at several local agencies before retiring from Howard Hanna. Pat was a lifelong volunteer and will be remembered for her loyal service to Resurrection Church and their annual Fun Flair, Easter Seals, and Bethany Hospice. Pat was a consummate lover of the sun and enjoyed family vacations to Ocean City, MD. She will be remembered for her sense of style, wit, and inordinate strength. A Mass of Christian Burial will be held at Resurrection Church, 1100 Creedmoor Ave, Pittsburgh, PA 15226, FRIDAY, July 31st, 2020 at 10:00 am. Interment at Queen of Heaven Cemetery to follow.
