51, of Scott Twp, on Friday, May 3, 2013. Beloved daughter of Patrick Earl and the late Dixie Lea Carmack. Dear sister of Cynthia, Susan, and Edward (Jamie DeMao) Carmack. Proud Aunt to Christopher Celentano, Patricia Reardon, Brandon Celentano, Sophia Celentano and Blake Carmack. Patty was a happy and outgoing individual who particularly enjoyed her 20 years service with US Air as a flight attendant. After US Air downsized she pursued her career as a practical nurse with the V.A. Hospital in Butler, PA. She will be sorely missed by her family, friends and patients.
