Patricia Ann (Riley) Tanner

Age 85 of Bethel Park, passed away on Monday, December 3, 2018. Pat was an intelligent, creative, beautiful woman who was always ahead of her time. In the 1950's and 60's, in addition to her role as a loving wife and mother, she also pursued her interest in the theater. Pat appeared in productions at the famed Alley Theater in Houston, TX, the Pasadena Playhouse in Pasadena, CA, and Oakland's Historic Pittsburgh Playhouse. In the 1970's and 80's Pat followed her interest in business and finance and earned a Master of Public Management from the Heinz School at Carnegie Mellon University where she was the Director of Fiscal Management. Following her retirement from Carnegie Mellon she spent the next 25 years involved in the arts and traveling the world. Patricia is survived by her loving daughter, Leigh who will miss her more than words can describe. May She Rest in Peace.
