Age 85, of Upper St. Clair, died on Thursday, October 29, 2015. He was the beloved husband of Angeline M. (Macri) Minnici for 62 years; beloved son of the late Joseph and Elizabeth (Ierfino) Minnici; loving father of Stephen V. Minnici; cherished grandfather of Alexander J. and Isabella R. Minnici; brother of the late Vincent (Mary Spagnolo Minnici); brother-in-law of the late Nick (Dorothy) Macri, Rosalie (Vincent) Pisano; loving uncle to many nieces, nephews, great-nieces and nephews. Nick served in the U.S. Air Force. He graduated from Carnegie Tech in 1959, and took a position with International Telephone & Telegraph (ITT). He took an early retirement in 1983. A German company interested in developing the U.S. division asked him to conduct a feasibility study. This took two years to complete. Vossloh-Schwabe, Inc. was then incorporated with Nick as president.
