Nancy Lolli

Dear friend of so many, Nancy Lolli, entered into Eternal Life on Saturday, January 23, 2021. Nancy was the beloved daughter of Dorothy and Joseph Lolli, the sister of Ron, and the loving "mom" of Toby and Molly, her dogs. Nancy was the last surviving member of her immediate family. She was a graduate of Mercy Hospital School of Nursing. Nancy was a labor and delivery nurse for many years and brought her competent and caring touch to countless moms and babies. She was Nurse Manager of the OB/GYN Clinic at Mercy at the time of her retirement. After retirement, Nancy continued working part time for Insight Imaging caring for cancer patients who described her as an Angel in a nurse's uniform. Nancy was a wonderful baker and chef all her life, and she delighted many with her delicious treats. She was a daily Mass participant until her health prevented attendance and was one of the "Breakfast Ladies" at SS Simon and Jude which she enjoyed immensely. We will all miss her beautiful smile, kindness, and her faithful friendship. We want to thank her caregivers at Mercy Hospital, and we would like to especially thank everyone at Family Hospice in Lawrenceville for their loving care of Nancy. The funeral Mass will be held at St. Raphael the Archangel Parish, SS Simon and Jude Church (412-857-5356), 1607 Greentree Rd., Pittsburgh, Pa 15220, Monday, February 8, 2021 at 10 am. Those who are unable to attend services for Nancy may follow services through live stream at straphaelcgs.org Burial with her family will follow at Good Samaritan Cemetery, 808 Big Sewickley Creek Rd., Ambridge, PA 15003. The committal service will be held at 12 Noon. Memorials may be made to the St. Vincent DePaul food bank at St Raphael the Archangel /SS Simon and Jude Food Bank or to the Humane Society or to the charity of your choice. We ask that everyone follow CDC guidelines by wearing a mask and maintaining social distance. Nancy, May your Angels lead you into Paradise.
