Momoko Jennifer Munnell

Age 18, of Green Tree, passed away on Monday, March 13, 2023. Loving daughter of Kameo and Melissa (Kirsch) Munnell; sister of Kiyoshi Munnell; granddaughter of Paul Kirsch and the late Patricia Kirsch and Lawrence and Akiyo Munnell; niece of Jennifer Kirsch, Aki Jean Munnell (Edward Fascio-Burke), and Justin Munnell (Heather). She is also survived by her dog, Penny and other loving family and friends. Momoko was a Class of 2022 graduate of Keystone Oaks High School. She was a full time student at Carlow University where she was an Art Therapy major, but was excited about transferring to Slippery Rock University this upcoming fall. Momoko was an Eagle Scout in Troop 9006 in Brookline and was an independent small business owner on Etsy where she sold cute art jewelry and adaptive products for chronically ill patients.

Friends will be received on Thursday, March 16 from 2-8 PM in WILLIAM SLATER II FUNERAL SERVICE, 1650 Greentree Road, Scott Twp., 412-563-2800, where her Funeral Service will be held on Friday, March 17 at 11 AM. Interment private.

In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions in her name may be made to Animal Friends c/o Development Department, 562 Camp Horne Road, Pittsburgh, PA 15237, or to the Boy Scouts of America, Laurel Highlands Council, 1275 Bedford Avenue, Pittsburgh, PA 15219.
