Beloved wife of the late Andrew Urban; daughter of the late Edgar and Dora Lowe; loving mother of the late Andrea L Floyd; great nephews Bobby (Jennifer) Bennett and Billy (Susan) Bennett; sister-in-law Barbara Urban; special friend/caregiver Sandy Miller; and nieces and nephews. Mildred was retired from Hornes Dept. Store and enjoyed watching football games especially the Steelers.
