Maryann Liddle

On Monday, April 17^th, Maryann Liddle, 57, passed away peacefully surrounded by family and friends at West Penn Hospital.  Preceded in death by her father Wayne W Liddle, Sr. Loving daughter to Marie (Platt) Liddle.  Loving Mother to Andrew (Abby) Bohatch and Aaron Bohatch.  Loving sister to Marsa Liddle, Thomas Platt, Rebecca Liddle, Rachel Liddle, Sarah Liddle and Wayne (Nicole) Liddle.  She was a proud grandma to Leo and Lily.  Mary was an amazing Aunt and often like a second- mom to her many nieces and nephews: David, Brian (Ashley), Emily (Andy), Alexandra (Louis), Abigail, Brady, Jacob, Michael, Maxwell and Ava and a great-aunt to Logan and Lucas.  Mary lived life to the fullest and brought so much happiness to all those around her.  Everyone can share a “Mary” story that would bring a big smile to your face or give you a good belly laugh!  She was the best storyteller, like her dad and could spin a story so fanciful that you were transported to that moment in time with her.  As much as Mary loved to tell stories, travel, design and decorate homes, there was no greater joy than being a mom to her sons, Andrew and Aaron.  She lived and dedicated her life to her kids to make sure they always had the best she could give.  She was always so proud of how smart, handsome and successful they were and would share her joy with everyone.  She made sure she showed up to every event and cheered the loudest at all the sporting events.  She loved her mom and cared for her for many years.  They always enjoyed watching movies and drinking their coffee with Becky.  She was a loving sister and always there to help you celebrate or pray with you.  She loved her nieces and nephews as if they were her own and would do anything for them.  She would make sure every holiday and birthday were a big deal and made sure they all felt special.  As a family, we are thankful she is going home to the Father Almighty and will be welcome by her hero, her dad.  Mary would have loved if those closest to her would celebrate her life, not mourn and know if she friended you- she loved you and would have wanted you to live life BIG and with no regrets.  She would also advise – go to the beach and be a mermaid.
