Age 95, of Mt. Washington, passed away on Friday, January 20, 2017. Beloved wife of the late James E. Varner; loving mother of Anne (Robert) New, Mary (Dennis) Hegarty, James (Ann) Varner, Patricia Varner, Thomas (Jackie) Varner, Joan Varner, John (Sue) Varner, Michael (Heidi) Varner, Stephen Varner, Ellen (James) Goodrich; also survived by 14 grandchildren; 11 great- grandchildren; cherished grandmother of the late Michael Varner, Jr. She was predeceased by four brothers and one sister.
