Mary Mincin

A few days shy of her 100th birthday, formerly of Baldwin Borough, Mary passed away peacefully at Concordia Lutheran Ministries in Cabot on Tuesday, March 15, 2016. She was born April 3, 1916, in Altoona. Daughter of the late Marina and Dario DelBianco. Mary was a loving mother, grandmother and great grandmother. Along with being a fabulous cook and stay-at-home mother, she also loved to sew. She was active at St. Albert the Great Church in the C.C.D. Program and Eucharistic Minister for many years. She also loved gardening and spending time with her family. Mary was the mother of Robert (Lynn) Mincin of Mt. Lebanon, Mary Ann (Kenny) Dietrich of Butler and the late John A. Mincin; mother-in-law of Joan Mincin of Scott Township; also eight grandchildren; ten great-grandchildren; five great-great-granchildren; and a number of nieces and nephews. In addition to her parents and son she was preceded in death by her beloved husband, John Mincin; and brother and sisters, Lucy, Angelica, Marina and Anthony.
