Marvel Irene Timm, 87, of Pittsburgh, formerly of Park Falls, WI, went to be with her Lord and Savior on March 17, 2026

Marvel was preceded in death by her husband of sixty years, Bob, her parents, William and Sarah, and her siblings, Billy, Emmie, Laurie, and Fay She is survived by her two sons, Terry (Patty), Rob (Perity) Timm; eight grandchildren: Nathan (Laura), Jessica, Hannah, Melissa (Jon), Sam (Anne), Abby, Kalie and Trevor; and fourteen great grandchildren: Paige, Christopher, Lily, Mia, Zoey, Kennedy, Roman, Emmett, Penelope, Maddie, Natallie, Lydia, Jeffrey, and Naomi; as well as many nieces, nephews, and good friends.

One of Marvel’s favorite Scriptures was “God is love,” and she lived that truth with quiet strength and conviction. Her love for her family and her service to others were expressions of that belief. Throughout her life, she served in a variety of roles within the church, from preschool teacher to pastor, and many places in between. Deeply committed to the sanctity of human life, she was a woman whose life was marked by both prayer and action.

A celebration of her life and faith will take place at 11 AM on Saturday April 4, 2026 at Christ Community Church of the South Hills, located at 905 East McMurray Road Venetia PA 15367.
