It is with heavy hearts that we announce the passing of Marjorie DeSimone (Marshall), 83, who passed away peacefully, surrounded by her loving family, on Saturday, February 7, 2026.
She was a devoted wife to her husband, Pasquale; a loving mother to her two sons, Pasquale (Susan) and David (Callie); a proud grandmother to Gabriella (Jamie), Regina (Donald), Anastasia, and Salvatore (Alexa); a cherished Nana and Meemaw to her great-grandchildren, Luca, Giavanna, Santino, and beloved great-grand dog, Bentley.
She was the daughter of the late Virginia and Joe Bauer and preceded in death by her brothers, Pat, Danny, Jerry, and Jimmy. She also leaves behind her nieces and nephews.
Marjorie lived a life defined by devotion, kindness, and an unwavering commitment to the people she loved most. Family was the center of her world, and she truly treasured every moment together. She showed her love through her presence, never missing a family dinner, birthday, or milestone celebration. Her home and her heart were always open, and everyone who knew her felt that love.
Even as her strength faded, her love never did. The sound of her great-grandchildren’s voices brought her comfort and joy, and she always found a way to remind them how deeply they were loved. Her sons stayed by her side, holding her hand and surrounding her with love until the very end, a reflection of the deep bond they shared and the family she had so lovingly built.
She will be remembered for her gentle spirit, warm smile, and the way she made everyone feel cared for. Though deeply missed, her family finds comfort in knowing she is now at peace, watching over them, reunited with loved ones, and resting in God’s loving embrace.
Her legacy of love, family, and faith will live on through generations. She will be forever loved and never forgotten.
