Mario Dian DaRosso

91, of Green Tree, native of Friuli, Italy, on Thursday, April 09, 2015. Beloved husband of 65 years to Nelly Galafassi DaRosso. Son of the late Alexander and Rosalia (Pellarin) C. DaRosso. Father of Dr. Robert (Marisol) C. DaRosso and Nancy Lee (David) Ritthamel. Brother of Primo (late Louise) C. DaRosso and Angelo (Alice) C. DaRosso. Grandfather of Alexander and Ryan Ritthamel, Matthew and Daniel C. DaRosso. Special niece Gina C. DaRosso. A simple and humble man, Mario enjoyed spending time with his family, loved gardening and was very artistic. He was a member of the BAC Local #9 since 1949 and a member of the American Legion Green Tree Post Local 823. He was a proud Army veteran of WWII having earned a WWII Victory Medal, Bronze Star and Purple Heart.
