Age 79, of Mt. Washington, formerly of Carnegie, on Saturday, October 19, 2013. Beloved wife of Elmer Belch; loving mother of Sandi (Steve) Kline and Lynne (Jim) Schultz; loving Grammy of Nicole (Justin) Geary, Jordan (fiancee Diana Gilbert) Emery, Corey and Alexandra "Min" Schultz; sister of Katherine, Mary Lou, Joyce, Bobby and the late Helen, Shirley and Tom; also survived by many nieces and nephews. Friends welcome Tuesday 6-9 p.m., Wednesday 2-4 and 7-9 p.m. at WILLIAM SLATER II FUNERAL SERVICE, (412-563-2800), 1650 Greentree Rd., Scott Twp., where funeral service will be held Thursday at 11 a.m. Interment in the National Cemetery of the Alleghenies at 12:30 p.m.
