Marcelo B. Corpuz

Age 77, of Robinson Twp., on Monday, November 8, 2021. Beloved husband of Roberta. Son of the late Gloria and Marcelo Corpuz. Loving father of Marcelo (Amy) Corpuz, Marcellito Corpuz, and Veronica (Alex Thomson) Corpuz. Step-father of Lauren (Youssef) Mekaoui, Robert (Ashley) Londino and Amanda (Eric) Sterns. Dear grandfather of Marc & Luke Corpuz, Nico Grzymkowski, A.J. Thomson, Sophia & Luca Mekaoui, and the late Olivia Corpuz. Brother of Arlene Heiselman and the late Rudy and Romy Corpuz. Also survived by a niece, nephews, extended family and former spouse Amy. Marcelo graduated from the University of the Philippines and immigrated to the U.S. in 1968. He interned at South Side Hospital, and he did his residency in Cardiology at St. Francis Hospital. Marcelo joined medical practices with Roy Titchworth and later with C.D. Landani. He retired in 2008 and enjoyed the retired life of golfing, travel, and spending time with his family.
